My journey to become a chef started at an early age, being a third generation chef with both my grandfather & father being chef’s, along with my brothers, but my true passion for cooking comes from my Italian grandmother.

Experience

I believe that if you want to appreciate various cuisines you must visit the origins from which it comes from. I have travelled & worked in some fantastic countries with some amazing chefs. Some highlights include New York, Boston, Lafayette – Louisiana,  Canada, Halifax, Nova Scotia and various countries across Europe including Italy, France & Germany.
